Chicken Dijon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen broccoli
4 chicken breasts, cooked and boned
1/2 c. mayo
1/2 tsp. lemon
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Cook the broccoli in salted water as directed.
Drain and arrange in baking pan. Simmer chicken until tender.
Drain and arrange on top of broccoli.
Mix next 4 ingredients (mayo, lemon, curry powder and chicken soup).
Pour on top of chicken.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Top with bread crumbs mixed with melted butter. Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serve with rice.
