Barbecued Bologna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. chili sauce
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 tsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 (1 lb.) loaf Italian bread
    12 slices bologna, 1/4 inch thick
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter in saucepan until tender; add chili sauce,
    vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, celery salt and
    mustard.
    Cook
    uncovered
    until thick.
    Cut bread into 13 crosswise
    slices,\talmost\tthrough
    to
    bottom crust; place on large
    piece of aluminum foil on cookie sheet.
    Spread 1 tablespoon chili sauce mixture
    in\teach cut.
    Turn loaf of bread on the side.
    Insert 1
    folded
    slice
    of
    bologna\tinto each cut, folded edge to the\toutside.
    Loaf bends into round crown shape as it is
    filled.
    Spread
    remaining
    chili
    sauce mixture over loaf; sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Cup foil around lower part of foil to form
    container.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Lift crown to serving
    plate.
    Snip
    slices
    apart
    with scissors to serve. Yield: 6 to 12 servings.
