Corn Cheese Chili Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tsp. butter
3 eggs, beaten
1 can cream-style corn
1 can white Shoe Peg corn, drained
1/2 stick oleo
1/2 c. corn meal
1 c. sour cream
4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped and undrained
Preparation

Melt butter in a large baking dish.
Mix well the other ingredients and pour into baking dish. Bake, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until pie is firm when pressed in center.
The corn meal comes to top and forms a thin crust.
