Curried Baked Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cauliflower
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. (1 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/4 c. dried bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    Break cauliflower into flowerets and cook with salt.
    Drain well.
    In 2-quart casserole, stir together soup, cheese, mayonnaise and curry powder.
    Add cauliflower and mix well.
    Toss bread crumbs in melted margarine; sprinkle on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes until bubbly.
    Serves 8.
