Mexican Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped bell pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. beef bouillon
1 lb. ground beef
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1/4 c. plain yogurt
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1 or 2 crushed red peppers
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic, onion and bell pepper in oil until tender, but not brown.
Combine all other ingredients with sauteed vegetables and shape into a loaf pan.
Cook in oven until brown, about 45 to 60 minutes.
Serves 4.
