Jocelyn'S English Shortbread Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 lb. soft butter (do not substitute)
1 to 2 tsp. vanilla, orange, lemon or chocolate flavoring
Preparation

Stir all ingredients together.
Mixture will be crumbly. Press this into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 60 minutes or until golden brown.
Decorate with sprinkled cinnamon or sugar when cool.
