Baked Apples(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Granny Smith apples
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    4 tsp. margarine or butter
    1/3 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/4 c. raisins
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Take a small rectangular Pyrex dish and lightly grease the bottom with a little margarine or butter.
    Core the apples all the way through, and peel away the skin from around the top of the apple.
    Slice a small piece from the bottom of the apple so that it will stand up straight in the baking pan.
    Place the apples in the pan.
    Mix the sugar and butter/margarine with the raisins and place in the cored-out cavity of each apple. Place in the oven and bake for approximately 20 minutes.
