Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3 or 4 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Beat eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin.
Stir in flour, baking soda and powder, salt and cinnamon.
Pour into greased 13 x 9 inch cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until done. Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting.
