Pork Chops With Lemon And Rosemary(Quick Main Dish That Works On Chicken Too) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lemon
    4 (1-inch thick) pork chops (about 2 lb.)
    2 cloves garlic
    1 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Squeeze 1 tablespoon juice from the lemon and sprinkle the juice over the pork chops.
    Crush the rosemary between your fingers and sprinkle it over the chops with pepper.
    Let the chops stand while preparing the grill for direct heat.
    Sprinkle the pork chops with salt and grill until just slightly pink near the bone, 5 to 7 minutes per side.
