Peanut Butter Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. crunchy peanut butter
    3/4 c. margarine or butter
    3 c. confectioners sugar
    3 c. Kroger crispy rice cereal
    1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, melt peanut butter and butter or margarine.
    Remove from heat and stir in sugar.
    Add cereal and mix well.
    Shape into small balls and place on waxed paper; chill. Melt chocolate chips over low heat and stir in oil.
    Dip the top of each ball in chocolate; chill.
    Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
    Yield:
    5 dozen balls.
