blanched almonds

Preparation

For each serving, place crisp lettuce leaf on platter.
On top of it, place upside-down one chilled pear half.
Make bunny with narrow end for face facing center.
Eyes: 2 raisins.
Nose: One red cinnamon red hot candy.
Ears: Two blanched almonds. Tail:
