Grapefruit Congealed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium size pink grapefruit, peeled and sectioned
    3 pkg. Knox gelatine (unflavored)
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. grapefruit juice
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    First peel and section grapefruit; sprinkle 9 tablespoons cold water over 3 packages Knox unflavored gelatine.
    Dissolve sugar in 1 cup boiling water.
    Mix with gelatine.
    Add 3 cups sectioned grapefruit and 1 cup grapefruit juice.
    Put 1/2 in a 9-inch square dish.
    Congeal.
    Leave other half at room temperature.
