Mom'S Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 large Rome apples
    4 or 5 large McIntosh apples
    1 lemon
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 large egg
    1/4 lb. butter
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Peel and slice apples into 8 x 12 glass baking dish. Add 1 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon to 1/2 cup sugar and sprinkle over apples. Squeeze juice from lemon. Set aside.
