Pink Snow Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tall can evaporated milk, chilled
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. fruit cocktail, drained
    1 c. peaches or 2 c. fresh peaches, sliced
    1 small bottle maraschino cherries, drained
    3 Tbsp. cherry juice
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. pineapple chunks, drained
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Beat chilled milk until stiff with electric mixer set at high speed. Add lemon juice. Fold in remaining ingredients.
    Freeze in large covered container or smaller containers for serving.
