Barbecued Short Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. short ribs, cut in 2-inch pieces
    salt
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1/2 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Trim top layer of fat from meat.
    Place several pieces of this fat in a Dutch oven.
    Heat.
    When bottom of pan is lightly covered with fat, remove fat.
    Sprinkle short ribs with salt. Brown all sides and remove from pan.
    Add onion and saute until lightly browned.
    Return meat and add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook over low heat for 2 hours or until tender, stirring occasionally.
    Serves 4.
