Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. buttermilk
    2 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder, onion powder and pepper
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    3 tsp. oil
    12 oz. skinned and boned chicken breast, pounded to about 1/4-inch thickness
Preparation
    In small bowl, combine buttermilk and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle chicken with flour and seasoning, then dip into buttermilk mixture, coating both sides and using the entire mixture.
    On sheet of wax paper, dip chicken into bread crumbs turning to coat on both sides with crumbs.
    In small nonstick skillet, heat oil.
    Add chicken and cook, turning one time, until browned on both sides.
