Arroz Con Dulce(Rice Pudding) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice (either long grain or short grain)
    1 large ripe coconut
    1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. ground cloves
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 c. seedless black raisins
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs (cinnamon and nutmeg may be used instead)
Preparation
    Place rice in a saucepan with water to cover and let stand at room temperature for at least 5 hours or preferably overnight.
