Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. finely grated cheese
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 to 2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Melt butter and blend with flour to make smooth mixture.
    Add milk slowly and cook over very low heat, stirring constantly until thickens. Cook 3 to 5 minutes longer. Add cheese. Stir until cheese is melted. Be careful not to overcook.
