Spinach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/4 c. flour
    1 lb. fresh spinach, cooked or 1 pkg. frozen spinach, squeezed
    3/4 to 1 lb. cottage cheese
    3/4 to 1 lb. Cheddar cheese or Monterey Jack, grated
    9-inch pie shell
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Add beaten eggs to flour and beat in remaining ingredients.
    Pour evenly into shell. Bake for
    1 hour.
