Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped celery
1 whole onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 box frozen chopped broccoli
2 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 soup can milk
1 c. grated cheese (medium or sharp Cheddar)
Preparation

Saute onion and celery in butter.
Add broccoli frozen.
Stir until sauteed, then add remaining ingredients.
Place into a greased casserole dish.
Heat at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
