Vegetable Beef Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. stew beef
4 medium potatoes, cubed
1 pkg. Hanover mixed vegetables
1/3 head cabbage, chopped
2 cans whole tomatoes
1 can V-8 juice
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
2 Tbsp. onion powder
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cook stew beef in large pot until fall apart tender.
Add cubed potatoes to beef and beef broth (add more water if needed) and cook until potatoes are tender.
Add vegetables, whole tomatoes, cabbage, V-8 juice and spices.
Cook until vegetables are tender.
Serve hot with warm dinner rolls, cornbread or crackers.
