Zucchini Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 zucchini squash
    1/2 lb. sausage
    1 medium size onion, chopped
Preparation
    Boil squash until tender; drain liquid.
    Chop onion and fry with sausage.
    Place a layer of squash, a layer of sausage and onion and a layer of yellow or Jack cheese until casserole dish is full.
    Beat 2 eggs well and pour over mixture.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until eggs are well done.
