Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. cream
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch or plain flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    1/2 c. onions, diced
    1/4 tsp. garlic, minced
Preparation
    In a pan, cook broccoli according to directions on bag. Drain and cut up in small pieces; set aside. Combine all other ingredients and mix well. Cook until onion is tender and add broccoli. Simmer until thick.
