Lucky If You Get Any - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 sticks butter
2 Tbsp. white sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese (soft)
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
2 (3 oz.) instant butter pecan pudding
2 1/2 c. milk

Preparation

Mix flour, soft butter, sugar and nuts all together.
Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Mix together the soft cream cheese and powdered sugar.
Add the Cool Whip.
Mix and spread over crust.
Beat the instant pudding and milk until thick.
Chopped pecans can be added to this.
Spread this over cream cheese mixture.
Top with rest of 8 ounce Cool Whip.
Top with more nuts.
