Lemon Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 lb. chicken, skinned
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 onion, cut into chunks
    1 garlic clove, finely diced
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a 3-quart casserole dish and marinate for at least 1 hour, covered, in the refrigerator.
    Stir occasionally.
