Banana Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 c. raisins
2 c. pecans
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. salt
4 slightly beaten eggs
1 stick oleo, melted
1/2 c. vegetable oil
6 large very ripe bananas, mashed
2 tsp. soda

Preparation

Sift flour into large mixing bowl.
Mix well with sugar, raisins, pecans, spices and salt.
In another bowl, mix eggs, oleo and oil.
Add to dry mixture.
Mix bananas and soda.
Add to egg and flour mixture.
Pour into two greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
