Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. chuck roast
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 c. catsup
    1 onion, chopped
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    2 c. water
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    few drops Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Pour over meat.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 to 4 hours (covered).
    Cool and shred with fork.
    Serve on steamed buns.
