Strawberry Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. finely crushed graham cracker crumbs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
    1 1/2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. grated orange rind
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 large eggs
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    1 pt. strawberries
    1/4 c. currant jelly
    1 tsp. water
Preparation
    In an 8-inch skillet, over low heat, melt butter; turn heat off and thoroughly stir in graham cracker crumbs and 1/4 cup sugar.
    Press crumb mixture with the back of a spoon over the bottom and 1 1/2 inches up the sides of an 8-inch springform pan; set aside.
