Peppered Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. round steak
1/2 c. butter
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 1/2 c. water
2 green peppers, sliced
2 medium onions, sliced
Worcestershire sauce
rice
Preparation

Brown steak that has been cut in 1/4-inch strips in butter in a heavy skillet on medium heat.
Add onion soup mix and water. Simmer abut an hour.
Add peppers, onion and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer.
Serve on rice.
