Sausage And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 slices bread, crust removed
    1 lb. mild sausage
    1 c. grated cheese
    6 eggs, beaten
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry or regular mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 12-inch casserole dish.
    Tear bread into small pieces and place in bottom of casserole dish.
    Brown sausage, drain and sprinkle over bread crumbs.
    Place grated cheese over sausage.
    Beat 6 eggs, 2 cups of milk and mustard; add salt and pepper.
    Pour over bread and sausage.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to
    40 minutes.
    May prepare the night before and bake the next day.
