Veggie Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. corn oil
2 medium onions, sliced
2 cloves garlic, diced
4 to 5 tomatoes
2 small zucchini
1 small eggplant
1 pkg. Good Seasons dressing
2 green peppers, sliced
Preparation

Heat oil on medium; 5 minutes later add onion.
Wait 2 minutes and add peppers.
Two minutes later add garlic, mixing at all times.
Stir in tomatoes and remaining vegetables.
Add dressing and mix well.
Cover and cook until veggies are all tender.
