Strawberry Angel Dessert - cooking recipe

1 pkg. Duncan Hines deluxe angel food cake mix
1 (21 oz.) can strawberry pie filling
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped dessert topping, thawed
Preparation

Mix, bake and cool cake as directed on package.
Trim all crust from cake, then cut cake into 1-inch cubes.
Put half of cake cubes into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Spread with pie filling.
Add remaining cake cubes in a layer.
