Perfect Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. butter
1/4 c. ice water
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Divide dough in half.
Use one-half for bottom crust.
Other half can be rolled out and cut into 1/2-inch wide strips.
Weave strips in a lattice pattern.
Crimp top and bottom edges together.
