Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. dark brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. pecan halves
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 can cherry pie filling
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 white cake mix
Preparation

Prepare and cook cake as directed on mix.
Let cool completely.
Spread Cool Whip on top of cake; top with cherry pie filling.
Sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
Fresh fruit can also be substituted for pie filling.
