Virginia'S Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large sweet potato
1 stick oleo
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 uncooked pie crusts
Preparation

Cook potato; drain well.
Add oleo; beat with mixer.
Add sugar, eggs, milk and vanilla and beat with mixer.
Pour into two uncooked pie crusts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 35 minutes or until firm.
