Potatoes Romanoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large Idaho potatoes
    20 oz. sour cream
    1 bunch chopped green onions (scallions)
    1 3/4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Bake the potatoes until tender.
    Peel and shred into a large bowl.
    Turn into a 2-quart greased casserole.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Set out one hour before baking.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
