Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. yellow squash
    1 c. medium sharp cheese
    2 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    3 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. oleo, melted
    1 c. milk, scalded
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, adding milk last.
    Pour into baking dish, buttered.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
