Stir-Fried Liver With Sherry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. corn oil
    1 stalk celery, diced
    1 onion, chopped
    1 lb. calf liver, cubed
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute celery
    and onion in corn oil.
    Stir in liver and sherry,
    cooking 3 to 5 minutes.
    Avoid overcooking.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Serve immediately.
