Chicken Liver Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp. thyme
    1/2 c. celery tops
    10 peppercorns
    2 bay leaves
    1 lb. chicken livers
    1 1/2 tsp. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pinch of pepper
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/4 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Melt butter in a large skillet; add onion, garlic and thyme. Saute over medium heat until onion is tender (about 10 minutes). Transfer to bowl and set aside.
