Oven Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large baking potatoes
    1/3 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Cut each unpeeled potato into 8 wedges. Arrange wedges, peel side down, in 2 shallow baking pans. Combine remaining ingredients and brush over potatoes.
    Brush oil mix over potatoes.
    Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and tender, brushing occasionally with oil mixture.
    Serves 8.
