Mary'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 pkg. saltines, crumbled
    1 egg
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    2 Tbsp. Heinz 57 sauce
    1 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. ketchup
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients with hands.
    Add ketchup as needed while mixing.
    When mixed well, form into a loaf and put into pan.
    Cover with foil. Bake 55 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0. Uncover and bake until brown. Remove from grease.
    Serve warm.
