Spaghetti Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. spaghetti
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
3 Tbsp. melted butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 lb. ground chuck
1 green pepper, chopped
1 jar spaghetti sauce
Preparation
-
Cook spaghetti and drain.
Cook meat with onion, green pepper, celery and season to taste; drain well.
Mix spaghetti with butter, eggs and Parmesan cheese.
Mix meat with spaghetti sauce.
