Sour Cream Fudge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted cake flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sour cream
    3 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. hot water
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together flour, soda and salt.
    Set aside.
    Cream sugar and shortening, add sour cream and eggs; beat well.
    Add chocolate and hot water.
    Mix well.
    Add dry ingredients, beat well.
    Add vanilla.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
    If using 9 x 13-inch pan bake 35 minutes. If using 9-inch layer pans bake 30 minutes.
    Cool and frost with Favorite Fudge Frosting.
