Hot Chocolate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 qt. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Heat milk just to boiling point. Pour over cocoa mix, stirring with wire whip until well mixed. Add vanilla.
    Serve at once.
    Makes 12 servings.
