Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf day old bread, crumbled
    milk (enough to make bread mushy)
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar or more if needed
    5 tsp. cinnamon
    4 tsp. nutmeg
    3 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 box raisins
Preparation
    Soak bread in milk; add eggs (slightly beaten), sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract and raisins.
    Stir thoroughly. Pour into greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until firm and lightly brown.
    Cool thoroughly and cut into squares.
