Chocolate Mocha Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. water
    1 tsp. instant coffee
    1 1/2 c. heavy cream
    16 oz. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
    2 Tbsp. Kahlua
    3 egg yolks
Preparation
    Combine sugar, water and coffee; boil 3 minutes.
    Using metal blade of food processor, add cream and mix until very thick, about 1 minute.
    Transfer to a large bowl.
    Place blade back; don't rinse bowl.
    Add chocolate chips and process on/off for 20 seconds.
    Continue processing. Add hot syrup, Kahlua and egg yolks.
    Process 20 seconds approximately.
    Fold whipped cream into chocolate mixture.
    Freeze or chill.
    Makes 6 servings.
