Pasta Plaza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 ripe tomatoes
    1 stick butter or margarine
    garlic salt to taste
    oregano to taste
    Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. angel hair pasta
Preparation
    Cube tomatoes approximately 1 inch, spread evenly in large casserole.
    Cut butter or margarine into pats and lay on top of tomatoes.
    Sprinkle garlic salt and oregano to taste.
    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese generously over casserole.
    Place casserole under broiler.
    Stir frequently, cook until tomatoes are well softened and Parmesan cheese is slightly toasted.
    Serve over pasta.
