Bayrun'S Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 12 slices bread, trimmed and cubed
    1 lb. sausage, crumbled and sauteed
    6 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 can milk
    3/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced and sauteed
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Place bread in a 9 x 13-inch greased casserole dish.
    Add sausage.
    Mix eggs, 2 1/2 cups
    milk and dry mustard.
    Sprinkle on mushrooms and cheese.
    Pour milk and egg mixture over all this.
    Refrigerate overnight.
