Orange Cream Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
    2 medium apples, cored and chopped
    3/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1 (16 oz.) can peach slices
    3 medium bananas, sliced
    1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    3 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate
Preparation
    Combine drained fruits and set aside.
    In small bowl, combine pudding mix, milk and orange juice concentrate.
    Beat with mixer until blended.
    Beat in sour cream.
    Fold into fruit mixture and chill.
    Serves 10.
