2 Tbsp. butter
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut
1/4 c. chopped pecans
1 c. (8 oz.) whipped cream
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk
1/4 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. caramel ice cream topping
1 (8-inch) graham cracker pie crust
Preparation

Filling:
Melt butter in 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Add coconut and pecans.
Saute until golden brown, stirring frequently.
Set aside to cool.
